what it is
A room with cats, booked ahead so it never gets crowded. You get a drink, somewhere comfortable to sit, and time to yourself.
We're not a café. There's no kitchen and no counter queue. The admission is the thing you're paying for; the drinks are there because you'll want one.

how a visit works
Sessions run about an hour, with a small group. You book a time, we hold it, and the room stays quiet because the number of people in it is a decision rather than an accident.
There's an airlock at the entrance, two doors with a gap between them, so the front door can open without anyone ending up out on the street. House rules are short: no picking anyone up, and if a cat leaves, let them.
the cats
Cat welfare is the part we actually care about. The room is built around it: places to hide that humans can't reach and areas that are cats only.
and there'll be a shop, eventually
Stickers, pins, tote bags, a few toys. We're still working it out, but there'll be a shelf of things to take home.
